Careers

Mikawa Industry Inc. is an engineering company that handles everything from designing automotive parts and production equipment to 3D-printed manufacturing, robotics and factory construction. We’re looking for people who want to build the future of manufacturing with us, in an environment that spans research and the shop floor.

Why work at Mikawa Industry Inc.

Use cutting-edge design and manufacturing tools in real work

You’ll work every day with technologies few companies in Japan have adopted — implicit modeling with nTop, production with Carbon DLS, reverse engineering with 3D scanning and more.

Be involved from research to deployment

You’ll have opportunities to join our joint research lab with Kanazawa University, ∂ Lab., and Physical AI development with our group company Cistron.

Directly connected to Toyota-group production

See the parts and equipment you design put to real use on automotive production floors.
