Design for Additive Manufacturing
We provide designs and pre-print processes optimized for 3D printing. Our designs account for strength, accuracy and supports, and we manufacture with the Carbon DLS process, which assures isotropic strength and engineering-grade material properties. For genuine Carbon materials, we also offer CAE analysis before manufacturing.
Aluminum vapor-deposition plating on 3D-printed parts made with Carbon DLS
Through a technical partnership with a plating company also based in Nishio, Mikawa Industry Inc. offers an aluminum vapor-deposition option for 3D-printed parts. This adds chemical resistance, conductivity, heat dissipation and a metallic finish. We have also achieved aluminum vapor-deposition plating on soft polyurethane materials such as EPU.
